In addition to comprising one of the UK’s leading golf course and driving range developers, we have a proven track record at creating and upgrading a diverse range of outdoor leisure projects such as public parkland, cycle facilities, fishing lakes, shooting ranges and contaminated land remediation.

Our projects are varied and diverse, including: large-scale earthworks and landscaping; golf course design and build; the creation of a multi-purpose trout fishery from redundant quarry lakes; the restoration of former clay pits for agricultural use; and the enhancement of a 120 acre water park to provide world championship standard water skiing facilities.

We are the only company in the UK specialising in bulk earthworks for golf course and leisure construction that utilises an in-house team of development professionals, so not only can we offer an outstanding knowledge of the legal and regulatory regimes required to gain planning permission and requisite consents, we can also offer a full design and build service from conception through to completion.
